Can you manage our project from start to finish?
Absolutely. We specialize in end-to-end project management across a wide range of services, including events, exhibits, digital activations, and interiors. From initial concept and design to production, shipping, installation, and dismantling, we handle every stage of the process. Our dedicated team ensures seamless execution, giving you confidence that your project will run smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard.
Do you work outside of the United States?
Yes. Elevation3D has extensive experience managing events and exhibits across the globe. We coordinate international shipping, customs, and local labor so you can focus on your event.
How far in advance should we start planning?
We recommend starting at least 4–6 months before your event to allow time for design, approvals, production, and logistics. Larger or more complex projects may require additional lead time.
Can you help with last-minute projects?
While we always recommend planning ahead, our in-house capabilities and rental inventory allow us to support quick-turn projects when timelines are tight.
Do you handle shipping and storage?
Yes. We offer complete logistics management, including shipping to and from events, as well as secure storage for your exhibit assets between shows.
