Project brief
In partnership with Valvoline Great Canadian Oil Exchange (GCOC) we hosted two days of online workshops to create a compelling and informative Virtual Conference for their franchisees.
The Valvoline Great Canadian Oil Exchange Virtual Conference was live for two days allowing attendees to explore a collection of curated content or join live vendor workshops while engaging in a fun and educational trivia challenge.
The platform remains available to revisit and replay recorded content.
The details
Support
A help desk in the form of a live chat was integrated to answer questions about registration, navigation, and general inquiries.
Registration and Management
A registration page was used to collect attendee information and create user names and passwords for secure access to the event.
Analytics and Reporting
Web analytics were used to collect and measure interaction points through out the platform providing Valvoline with valuable insight about the effectiveness of their virtual event.

Virtual Event Livestream Production Crew
Our media team was on site at Valvoline’s Kentucky Headquarters to guide speakers, control transition slides, and integrate on-screen graphics while capturing content for simu-live and livestreaming content.
Each live session was recorded and posted to the platform after the event allowing attendees to replay any content they missed or may want to revisit.
Live Chat, Q&A, and Polling
Our platform supported a live chat, Q&A, and trivia during live workshops to create a fun and engaging experience for attendees.
The Operation
We assembled a two camera setup with a Livestream Op/Director, Producer, Graphics Engineer, and 2 Camera Operators capturing live and simulive content and pushing simulive content we edited prior to the event.
Engagement
Digital Library
A collection of pre-recorded presentations was made available for attendees to watch at their leisure.
The presentations were recorded on a branded stage set with professional grade lighting and equipment. The viewing experience was enhanced by combining video and informative slides.
Vendor Showcase
Companies that provide services and products to franchisees were invited to sponsor a vendor showcase which included exhibitor information, 3 slots for custom assets, live discussions and presentations, and links to their social media profiles.

Presentations Our video player allowed viewers to play, pause, rewind, fast forward pre-recorded presentation in the digital library.
Vendor Dashboard
A back end program captured the duration of time each attendee spent with each vendor, the content they engaged with, and how long they participated in zoom meetings.
