At Riskworld 2026 in Philadelphia, Alliant set out to stand apart from traditional insurance exhibitors with an immersive experience that reimagined risk management through the lens of art.

The Challenge

The ART of Making Risk Management Impossible to Ignore

Riskworld is filled with exhibitors competing for the attention of risk management professionals. Alliant Insurance Services needed to differentiate itself while showcasing expertise in Alternative Risk Transfer (ART), cyber resilience, AI risk, and data-driven decision making. Designers also had to balance multiple experiential elements within a single environment, ensuring immersive projection mapping, branded content, live artistry, meeting spaces, and a podcast area worked together cohesively. Because much of the experience was enclosed, the exterior of the booth needed to generate intrigue and draw attendees inside.

Highlights

The Art of Risk Gallery combined immersive technology, artistic storytelling, and strategic meeting spaces to create a destination that encouraged attendees to stop, explore, and connect with Alliant’s experts.

  • Projection mapped gallery experience featuring artwork inspired by the Barnes Foundation collection.
  • Branded storytelling that connected risk management, innovation, and creativity
  • Live painting activation with acclaimed artist John Bukaty throughout the event
  • Podcast recording space that extended thought leadership beyond the exhibit floor
  • Themed meeting spaces beyond the booth plus an exclusive client event at the Barnes Foundation in Philadelphia

The Solution

Creating a Journey Through Immersive Art

The team at Elevation3D designed and produced The Art of Risk Gallery as an immersive environment that guided attendees from initial curiosity to meaningful conversation. Artistic inspiration, experiential design, and strategic touchpoints worked together to create a cohesive journey extending from the exhibit floor to private meeting spaces and Alliant’s off-site client event at the Barnes Foundation.

Immersive Storytelling Through Projection Mapping

The centerpiece of the experience was a continuously running projection mapped gallery, inspired by the artistic style and atmosphere of the Barnes Foundation collection. Animated visuals, impressionist textures, and Alliant messaging transformed complex risk management topics into a compelling visual narrative that attendees could explore at their own pace.

Designing for Engagement and Conversation

Beyond attracting attention, Elevation3D designed the experience to foster connection and deeper engagement. The Art of Risk theme carried through a dedicated meeting environment, podcast recording space, and educational touchpoints, creating intentional spaces for dialogue and relationship building immediately after the booth experience.

Extending the Experience Beyond the Booth

The experience was intentionally extended beyond the exhibit into meeting rooms and Alliant’s off-site client event at the Barnes Foundation. By carrying the same artistic language and narrative approach across all environments, Elevation3D helped create a unified brand experience that reinforced messaging and encouraged continued conversation well beyond the show floor.
